What is the DLA Joint Certification Program?
The Joint Certification Program (JCP) is a joint U.S.–Canada program administered by the Defense Logistics Agency. An approved DD Form 2345 certifies your company to receive unclassified, export-controlled military technical data — drawings, specifications, and technical packages that are not released to the public.
Without JCP certification, you can't view the technical data behind most DLA and DoD solicitations — which means you can't realistically bid on them.

How long does DLA JCP certification take?

What is DD Form 2345?
DD Form 2345, the Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, is the application for the DLA Joint Certification Program. An approved form certifies your company to access unclassified, export-controlled military technical data.
Do I need to be SAM registered first?
Yes — an active SAM.gov registration with a CAGE code is required. We verify your registration, correct data mismatches, and align your NAICS codes for JCP approval.
